For parties larger than 6, the restaurant has a specific policy:
"Tam Jai Chef" tasting menu (chef-curated, similar to omakase)
$85 per person (tax not included)
20% service charge
48-hour notice required
Dietary restrictions/allergies required in advance
Non-refundable 30% deposit
